I got my first double deck when I was 12 (1992) and started doing children’s parties and school discos until I was 16. I then progressed to adult functions, weddings, birthday parties etc. At 19 years of age I was signed to an exclusive DJ agency in London, this is where things started to change for me. I started to DJ at many prestigious and luxurious venues and high profile parties in and around London such as The Hilton on Park Lane, Café Royal, Lanesborough, Intercontinental, Grosvenor House, Savoy, Dorchester, Wembely Indoor Arena and The Birmingham NEC. During this period of working for my agent I had the privilege to work along side numerous stars and celebrities.2001 I was asked to play the role of a DJ in an advert to promote the eurostar train; this was shown on Sky T.V for several months. In the same month I secured a contract with the travel organisations governing body A.B.T.A. I was to be their official DJ for all of their overseas conferences, see below

I secured 4 weekly residencies in modern music bars and nightclubs playing to 3000 people per week. This is where I developed not only my technical ability but also my skills to entertain large audiences.
My club skills were recognised and I played at the worlds biggest dance music festival, Global Gathering. I played a Dance classics set to 25,000 people.
and another highlight in my career, I was voted one of the top 3 DJ’s in the country, I was given a high commendation for my musical knowledge and technical skills by John Hayes, Chairman of BEDA (Bar Entertainment & Dance Association).
I was headhunted by Luminar leisure to be the resident DJ in the brand new Oceana nightclub in Milton Keynes, the largest club in the midlands.
Still only 29 years of age, I celebrated 17 years as a DJ. I come from a family of entertainers which range from DJ’s to Comedians, therefore playing music and entertaining people is in my blood. Although I am very busy with my club work I am still popular with my roster of corporate clients who continue to re book me for their awards ceremonies, after show parties and international events.
I have been Requested by Butlins to be their resident DJ and Compere for their ‘adult big weekend’ theme events, which attract over 5000 people. This includes playing alongside pop stars of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s such as Billy Ocean, Bananarama, Bad Manners, Aswad, Alvin Stardust, The Real Thing, Boney M and Heatwave to East 17, 2 Unlimited and 911. Each weekend has a different theme, either 70’s, 80’s or 90’s.
Was a very busy year for me with repeat performances for The AA, Channel 4, Avis, Danone, Addison Lee, Center Parcs and The Ministry Of Sound to mention a few.
For the third time in as many years I was asked to perform at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London for a corporate event. I was the main DJ & Compere, I shared the stage with Calvin Harris, Jessie J, Cheryl Cole and 2 Many DJ’s.
Saw me supporting Atomic Kitten, Liberty X, Five, 911, The Honeyz, Groove Armada, Little Mix, B*Witched plus numerous other stars and celebrities. A great year for me.
In conclusion I am a quick-witted DJ/Presenter who communicates with a smile, I have a modern image, professional approach and an extensive musical collection ranging from swing to popular upfront music. |
